Faridabad: Students of Dr. Anil Malik Shri Sanatan Dharma Mahavir Dal Senior Secondary School celebrated Navratri with joy and devotion at Siddhpeeth Shri Hanuman Temple, Market Number One.
Young girls dressed as Goddess Durga mesmerized the audience with their divine presence. They performed traditional dances and participated in various cultural programs, and the audience applauded their efforts.
Dr. Rajesh Bhatia Appreciates the Initiative
Dr. Rajesh Bhatia, President of the temple committee, praised the children’s performances. He noted that Navratri festivities would begin the next day, and temple preparations were nearly complete.
He announced that a special prayer ceremony would be held at 10:00 AM. Newly elected Faridabad Mayor Praveen Batra Joshi and Sandeep Joshi would light the sacred Mata Rani Jyot.
Temple Prepares for Devotees
Every year, the temple makes special arrangements for Navratri. Dr. Bhatia assured that all rituals would follow traditional customs. He encouraged devotees to participate wholeheartedly.
He also commended the students for their impressive performances. He expressed his faith: “During Navratri, the Goddess blesses everyone, bringing happiness and prosperity to society.”
