New Delhi: As part of EIH Ltd.’s strategic expansion, The Oberoi Group is proud to announce the addition of two new luxury resorts in Rishikesh. The first, an 80-key luxury Oberoi resort, will carry the prestigious “Vilas” branding, symbolizing unparalleled luxury and personalized service. The second will be a distinctive 120-key five-star hotel under the Trident brand. EIH Limited, the flagship company of The Oberoi Group, will manage both properties.
Situated on a spectacular 60-acre site, surrounded by the Ganges on three sides, these resorts will offer guests an extraordinary retreat near Rishikesh. The Oberoi Vilas Resort and the Trident Resort are owned and developed by Devprayag Ganges Resorts Pvt Ltd. and Jamuna Hotel Enterprises Pvt Ltd., respectively—part of The Ladhani Group. Globally renowned architect Bill Bensley has been entrusted with designing these exceptional properties, seamlessly integrating luxury with Rishikesh’s natural beauty and spiritual essence.
The Rishikesh resorts are an extension of EIH Ltd.’s ambitious expansion strategy, which includes 19 properties—16 hotels, two luxury boats, and a Nile cruiser—set to be completed by 2029.
Strong Growth Momentum for EIH Ltd.
EIH Ltd. continues its robust performance, achieving its highest-ever Q3 results with:
- Standalone revenue of ₹722 crore and consolidated revenue of ₹831 crore.
- Standalone EBITDA of ₹330 crore and consolidated EBITDA of ₹388 crore.
- Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹220 crore (standalone) and ₹279 crore (consolidated), marking an 18% and 21% increase, respectively.
- A 17% year-on-year (YoY) RevPAR growth in Q3 across its domestic (owned & managed) hotels, reinforcing its leadership in the luxury hospitality sector.

Construction Timeline
